PESHAWAR, April 6: The local police arrested 11 people and seized arms and ammunition including hand grenades during raids on different premises here at Tehkal Bala on Sunday.
The arms include four Kalashnikovs, four hand grenades, two pistols and 250 cartridges.
They were accused of possessing weapons. They included a proclaimed offender, Abdul Qahar, who was also having a Kalashnikov, Fayaz Khan, accused of possessing pistol, Saeed Khan and Azmat Khan for harbouring offenders.
