Karachi rout Quetta

FAISALABAD, April 4: Three matches were played on first day of the National Junior Hockey Championship which started in Medina Town Hockey Stadium here Friday.

In first match Pakistan Police blasted Islamabad 11-1 while in second match Karachi beat Quetta 5-2 goals

The last match of the day was played between National bank of Pakistan and routed Peshawar with 5-0.

As many as 16 teams are participating in the championship while the final is scheduled to be played here on April 16.—APP
