US attack condemned

KOTLI, April 4: The Ittehad Bainul Muslimeen on Friday took out a procession to denounce the US attack on Iraq and show complete solidarity with the Iraqi brethren.

The rally which was led by president of traders association Malik Yaqboo and general secretary Naseer Ahmed Rathore Qadri criticized US-UK attack on Iraq and urged the international community to play its role to stop the war. A large number of people belonging to all walks of life including lawyers and religious leaders condemned the attack.

The participants of the demonstration were carrying banners and placards criticizing the American bombardment on Iraq.

The processionists marched through the city roads and chanted slogans against US. They expressed complete solidarity with the people of Iraq.—APP
