Slow recovery of taxes

GUJRANWALA, March 25: District revenue officers expressed dissatisfaction over the slow pace of recovery at a meeting here on Tuesday and stressed that the pace of recovery be accelerated to achieve the target before the end of the current fiscal year.

The meeting was presided over by Executive District Officer (Revenue) Tahir Khurshed and also attended by District Revenue Officer Syed Najam Ahmad Shah and all deputy district officers and Tehsildars.
