KHAIRPUR, March 9: The growers of Lai Wari water channel staged a protest demonstration in Chondiko on Sunday and demanded that the water supply to their lands should be restored immediately
The pump house of Lai Wari channel developed a fault due to heavy water flow from the Nara Canal at RD No 311, near Chondiko, on Saturday evening, which caused the suspension of water supply to hundreds of acres of agricultural land.
