KARACHI, March 7: Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad on Friday sought the shifting of Bahadurabad Police Station to a permanent location.

Presiding over a meeting with the office-bearers of the Bahadur Yar Jang Society, the governor said more police mobiles be made available in the locality, and asked the officials to help resolve the problems of the society.

He said the office-bearers of the society were keen to make it a model housing society for which they deserve complete support and cooperation.

Officials of the society informed the governor about a hosts of problem faced by them, with special emphasis on seeking help from government departments and civic organizations.

The senior officials assured that all possible cooperation would be extended for solution of the problems of the area.

The meeting was attended by Brig Akhtar Zamin, Aslam Sanjrani, Mir Hussain Ali, Brig A. S. Nasir, chiefs of KESC and KWSB, chairman of the society Dr. Fahim Ansari and honorary secretary Hasan Ali Baig.—PPI/ APP
