DERA GHAZI KHAN, Feb 28: Two armed robbers shot dead two persons and took away their motorcycle on Friday in the limits of Saddar police station.
Wasan (25) and Allah Ditta (30) of Kingrani village were on their way to Dera Ghazi Khan by motorcycle. Near Band Bahari, they were signalled to stop by highwaymen, but they tried to speed away. At this, armed robbers opened fire on them from behind, killing Wasan instantly and injuring his companion seriously. The injured was rushed to the local DHQ Hospital where he also died. The unidentified robbers-cum-killers also took away their motorcycle (9835-DGG).
