Inauguration of road tomorrow

PESHAWAR, Feb 27: The NWFP Minister for Local Government and Rural Development, Sardar Muhammad Idress, will inaugurate the Phalla-Islamabad Road at Abbottabad on Saturday, March 1.

The 13.8-kilometre-long and 14-feet-wide road will be completed with an estimated cost of Rs3,595,000, within 18 months.

The Swiss Agency for Development Corporation had granted Rs1900,000 for this schemes to the local community, on the retirement of its employees, Haji Abdul Rehman, who belonged to the area.—PPI
