SUKKUR Feb 27: The people of the Dhakhan village on Wednesday staged demonstrations in front of the Kashmor police station and the office of the DPO, Jacobabad, against the police’s refusal to register an FIR after a 70-year-old man, Mithoo, was killed under the pretext of Karo-kari.
