SECP summons Mobilink directors

ISLAMABAD, Feb 7: The row between two groups of top management of Pakistan Mobile Communication (PMCL/Mobilink) will be the subject of a hearing ordered by the Securities and Exchange Commission to be held here on Feb 10.

Directing all directors of the company to appear before the Commission, a press release of the SECP here on Friday said that the Chairman of the board of PMCL allegedly removed the Chief Executive of the company without following the procedure defined in the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
