One killed in accident

LARKANA, Nov 25: One person died and three others injured in a road accident on Sunday on Larkana-Mohenjodaro road when a carry of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) dashed against a tree.

The driver lost control over the steering of the van No:GA 5902 near Mohenjodaro after its tie rod broke.

It resulted into the spontaneous death of Ms Noor Khatoon Mahar, while her two sons—Mansoor Ali, 18, a cadet studying in Cadet College Larkana, Yassir,4, and the driver of the van Ahmed Ali Shah were injured.

They were admitted to Chandka Medical College Teaching Hospital. The van was completely damaged and Airport police has registered an FIR to investigate.

Meanwhile, SSP Larkana on Sunday transferred the SHO’s of five police stations—CIA, Wagan, Ratodero, Naudero, Shahdadkot and Bakrani.
