PESHAWAR, Nov 25: The annual sports meet of St Francis’ High School, Peshawar, concluded with a colourful ceremony here on Sunday.

The prize and medal distribution ceremony was attended by a large number of parents.

The students participated in various events which included physical training, gymnastics and march past.

In gymnastic display the students enthralled the audience by jumping through fire-rings. Ferhan Afridi and Sania Saeed received best athlete trophies, and Asad Maghfoor Shah received a cash prize for obtaining the top position in secondary school examination.

Brother Sales, principal of the school, gave away shields and trophies to the winners.

Later, speaking on the occasion, the principal asked the parents to provide their children an atmosphere in the house which would help them build their future.
