LAHORE, Feb 6: Singer Jawad Ahmed has launched a video song titled “Sun Lo Kay Hum Mazdoor Hain” and dedicated it to all workers of the world. The song is a tribute to 300 workers who died in a factory fire in Baldia Town in Karachi, Ahmed said at a press conference on Wednesday. He said through this song he wanted to show solidarity with Pakistani workers in particular and all workers in general. Ahmed says that measures should be taken to avert such tragic incidents in future. He says the organisations, which raise voice for the rights of downtrodden and poor people, should be supported. The song was also screened on the occasion and appreciated by the audience. The music of the new track by Jawad Ahmed has been composed by Saad Sultan. The complete album would be launched on March 23. — Staff Reporter
