KARACHI, Jan 28: Aimed at students’ personal and social development, The City School has held a conference which was attended by educationists, parents as well as the school management.

The objective of the conference, according to a press release issued on Monday, was to help the participants understand the need for mental health support at different ages; to enable them to explore those needs and learn strategies to respond well when such a need arose in schools.

Dr Rakhshanda Talat Hussain spoke on various psychological issues.

Dr Huma Baqai, the chief guest, stressed the importance of behavioural and social/emotional counselling. Nudrat Sajid Khan, the host of the event, thanked the guests.
