AT last, after a long time, the Pakistan hockey team found a place on the victory stand. Although we only managed to win the bronze, yet it is a big achievement as we had been performing below international standards for quite a long time.
But still a lot of work is to be done to regain and improve the current ranking. Our physical fitness is far below standard as compared to Germany, the Netherlands and Australia whose speed, ball control and finishing are way ahead of us.
