LARKANA, Jan 8: A large number of people of the Sargani clan took out a procession on Tuesday to protest against the killing of FIA Inspector Hussain Ali Sargani.

The procession was led by Munir Sargani, the deceased’s brother, Imdad Ali Sargani, Naib Nazim of union council-7, and others. It started from Shewamandli and ended at the Jinnahbagh.

Talking to the protesters at the Jinnahbagh, they said the murder was being given a political colour.

They said despite the lapse of three days, police had failed to arrest the six nominated persons.

They also criticized Akbar Junejo, the chieftain of the Junejo clan, who had been arrested by the police in the case.

The protesters appealed to the Sindh governor and the chief minister to provide them with justice.
