THIS is apropos of your editorial ‘Patients misery’ (Nov 6). Doctors in public hospitals have been on strike for the last three weeks to protest against the abduction of Dr Saeed Khan, an eye specialist.
Dr Baqir Shah was shot dead earlier in Quetta by unknown people, but nothing has been done so far to arrest the killers. The government should provide protection to doctors.
