ON the second day of Eidul Azha while we were travelling on the highway our car broke down. The help around the highway was scarce due to Eid. I was travelling along with my family and needed help for which I tried dialling 130, the helpline number of the highway police patrol, from my cellphone.

The voice recording repeatedly mentioned that the number is incorrect.

I tried dialling the same number, along with 111 111, city codes and different mobile networks, yet I heard the same recorded message. I request the authorities concerned to look into thes matter. I must also praise the highway patrol, once the news got to them via another landline number courtesy a friend, their response was prompt and helpful. They showed up at the location in 20 minutes but it took one hour or more to contact them.
