QUETTA, Sept 23: Law-enforcement personnel raided a house in Killi Taj Mohammad area near the eastern bypass here on Sunday and arrested 12 suspects.

Arms and stolen motorbikes were recovered from their possession, according to police.

The arrested men were identified as Javed Iqbal, Saleem Iqbal, Baz Mohammad, Abdul Qadir, Raz Mohammad, Abdul Wahid, Abdul Saboor, Asadullah, Zohaib-ur-Rehman, Hakim Khan, Mohammad Saleem and T. Ahmad.

Five pistols, three stolen motorbikes and two bottles of liquor were recovered from their possession.

Later, the suspects were handed over to police for further interrogation.—APP
