KARACHI, Sept 20: Honda Atlas has launched the new models of Honda Civic with a price hike ranging from Rs131, 000 to Rs211,000 as compared to its previous models.

The VTI MT is now priced at Rs1, 982, 000 as compared to previous model which was at Rs1,851,000 while VTI PT’s new price is fixed at Rs2,102,000 as compared to Rs1,971,000. The new prices of VTI MTSR and VTI PTSR models are Rs2,212,000 and Rs2,332,000 as compared to Rs2,043,000 and Rs2,121,000.

An official at Honda Atlas linked the price hike to additional features introduced in the new model, new body shape, modified engine and exchange rate component. He said the used car lobby is making hue and cry over hike in Honda car price but actually these dealers are charging exorbitant prices on used cars of five to seven years old models.—Staff Reporter
