RAWALPINDI, Sept 4: The Rawal Town Municipal Administration (RTMA) on Monday issued notices to owners of six ice factories and fifteen godowns asking them to drain out stagnant water within the next 48 hours otherwise face sealing of their outlets.
Thes notices have been issued in the wake of a dengue virus threat.
