KARACHI, Aug 28: A short tennis coaching clinic for selected juniors commenced at the Union Club courts on Tuesday.

Ten players, including four girls, reported at the venue on the opening day. Two more players are expected to join on Wednesday.

The camp, which is being held under the aegis of the Sindh Tennis Association (STA), is supervised by Changaiz Hassan, who has recently passed a five months Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) adult development certificate workshop at Long Beach Tennis Club New York and a separate two-day juniors’ course.

The coach will be assisted by Rais Khan, Robin Das, Ejaz Sarhadi and Fahim Ramzan.

According to the STA, the camp is part of the Junior Tennis Initiative (JTI) programme.

The camp concludes on Sept 4.
