LAHORE, Aug 13: Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif says a poor student who works at a tandoor has made the entire nation proud of him by achieving first position in the Punjab University BA/BSc exams.

He expressed these views during his meeting with topper Muhammad Muhsen Ali.

Shahbaz Sharif gave a cheque for Rs 1 million to Ali and announced provision of a house to him at Aashiyana Housing Scheme.

The CM directed the higher education secretary to arrange lectures of Ali at educational institutions so that other students could share his story which was based on determination, commitment and courage.--APP
