KARACHI, Aug 8: Former national champions PIA topped group ‘C’ as they overpowered Port Qasim Authority (PQA) 2-1 in the inaugural RLCA All Pakistan Ramazan Floodlit Football Tournament match at the RCLA Stadium in Korangi here on Tuesday night.

PIA finished on the top of the three-team group with six points while the PQA finished as runners-up.

PIA took the lead on the 8th minute through Ishtiaq Ahmed and then double the lead  when Adeem Shahzad scored in the 42nd minute.

Faiz Mohammad reduced the margin for the PQA in the 75th minute.—APP
