Great news.As I commented after the match against GB,the present PAK team has the ability to play well.If and this is big IF,Pakistan can invest in Pakistan, say at Lahore,a similar, modern, water based turf as the present one they are playing on at the Olympics, then the PAK would once again will become Olympic and world champions.Good luck for the next match.

Pakistan team has done well. They need to play to their strangths, which is to try and get as many penalty corners as possible. This is what they did not manage in the england match well. We had good deal of mid-field play, and attacked for most of the time, but never tried for penalty corners once in the england D. I think this team has done extremely well if you compare the difference in fitness level between our boys and the top 4 teams.

Wow Pool A has been split wide open...
Pakistan beats Australia and it goes to Semis.. Depending on who wins in the GB vs. ESP match, it will be thoroughly entertaining..
Nevertheless, if Pakistan loses or draws (In best case scenario), it will be out. But if it wins, it will be interesting to see who else joins it in the semi finals..

Great work, green shrits! Have complete faith in your abilities and keep the momentum going, guys. Nothing is impossible. We are sure that you guys can get us across the finish line. Can't wait to see our Hockey players standing on the podium with the gold medals in their necks. We know you can do us the proud and bring the glory back home (insha ALLAH) we once had.
