KARACHI, July 31: Three ships carrying furnace oil, chemical and edible oil were berthed during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, six more ships to load containers and cement and unload project cargo and edible oil also arrived at the outer anchorage.
Six ships, Fisher-D, Contisaphar, Harsanadi, Olympic Serenity, Chem Road Nova and Theresa Bitung are currently occupying berths to load/offload cement, canola seeds, chemical, furnace oil and edible oil. A cargo volume of 74,338 tons comprising 72,570 tons of import and 1,768 tons of export was handled.
