This case will set a precedent that no one is above the law and it will have tremendous impact in the country for corruption which is prohibited in Islam.It in the best interest of Pakistan, that the investigation must be conducted at arm's length. This allegation has created unhealthy environment, and only truth will prevail. CJ has set an example of integrity that justice cannot be bought through influence. Measure joining by Rehman Malik into this case will give impression of vendatta against Supreme Court (CJ) unless he bring evidence to support the allegation. The culture of favouritism & corruption needs to end NOW in order for Pakistan to progress and flourish. All pakistan living overseas biting their nails hearing sad stories everyday. May Allah (SWT) shower his Rehmah to Citizen of Pakistan during the month of Ramadan. Ameen.

It is important that truth come out of allegation against CJ's son Dr. Arsalan taking million of rupees from Riaz Malik. It appears that some things have been mixed up with personal relationship favours to kick back (assumed) to influence the CJ. Dr. Arsalan should have been careful, who he was dealing with to avoid any potential conflict of interest as his father was a CJ of Pakistan, highly respected person in the country and around the world.

Nothing will happen to junior Chaudry, as far as his Dad is sitting as a CJ.
