ISLAMABAD, July 18: Two persons lost their lives in separate incidents in the federal capital on Wednesday, police said.

In the first incident, a labourer was killed when he fell from the under-construction Centaurus building near Blue Area.

Ghulam Shabbir 36, a native of Sargodha, received critical injuries when he fell from the mezzanine on which he was working. Later, he was shifted to hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.

In another incident, a motorcyclist was killed after he had collision with an electric pole in Sector I-16. The injured, in his 40s, was shifted to hospital where he was declared dead.
