One killed, four injured in collision

SHEIKHUPURA, Nov 20: One person was killed while four others, including two women, were injured in a road accident on the Faisalabad Road on Tuesday.

A wagon (LHK-5786) was on its way to Feroze Watwan when it collided with a truck coming from the opposite side. Wagon driver Maulvi Shafiq died instantly, while Imran, Naseer, Hanifan Bibi, Rani and Jabbar sustained injuries. The injured were taken to hospital.

In another accident which took place on Mirza Virkan Road near Dera Tootan, one Azeem was crushed under the wheels of a tractor-trolley.

Two women, Kalsoom and Razia, sustained serious injuries when a motorcycle-rickshaw overturned near Dousehra Ground.
