QUETTA, June 2: The Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) accused federal and provincial governments on Saturday of ignoring the Pakhtun areas of Balochistan in development projects.
Addressing a press conference, party’s provincial leaders Usman Kakar, Abdur Rahim Ziaratwal and Dr Hamid Achakzai said that not a single mega project had been planned in areas where Pakhtun people lived.
They said the party had been raising its voice against what they called injustices and excesses being allegedly meted out to the Pakhtun in Balochistan.
The PkMAP leaders called for the merger of Pakhtun-dominated areas of Balochistan into the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
