ATTOCK, May 15: The anti-criminal squad arrested two most wanted criminals during a search operation in the limits of Injra police station.

The district police headquarters said on Monday that the search operation was launched   in the far-flung areas of Injra police station in order to eliminate the gangs of criminals and proclaimed offenders (POs) involved in kidnapping for ransom and highway robbery incidents. During the operation, the anti-criminal squad led by SP investigation arrested two alleged criminals, Afsar Gull and Anees Khan, and recovered weapons including a 7mm rifle from their possession.

The police also impounded some vehicles being used by the miscreants.
