KHAIRPUR, Dec 9: A function was organized on Monday to commemorate the struggle of a progressive Hari leader, Ali Mutahir Jafri.

Paying rich tribute to Mutahir Jafri, a leader of the People’s Party, Jam Saqi, has said that Ali Mutahir, being a contemporary of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, Maulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani, and Haider Bux Jatoi, had worked with them.

Mr Saqi said that Jafri had struggled against the exploitative ideals of capitalism as well as the formation of the ‘One-Unit’ besides taking an active part in the Hari Allottee Tehrik.
