Pakistan team for Bangkok

LAHORE, Dec, 8: A 17-member Pakistan team left for Thailand to take part in the fifth Asia Cup baseball tournament to be held in Bangkok from Dec 9 to 14.

Team’s manager Khawar Shah has claimed that his team would take a place in the victory stand in the tournament.

Pakistan had secured runners-up position in the last Asia Cup held in Indonesia where it was beaten by Thailand in the final.

Pakistan will also meet India in a group match of the competition. The draws will be taken out in the presence of managers of all the participating countries.
