LAHORE, Dec 8: All the places of recreation drew large crowds during Eid holidays.

The Lahorites thronged gardens, parks, theatres, cinemas and restaurants. Most of the cinemas screened new movies which attracted large crowds. Even the cinemas showing old movies did a good business.

Most of the theatres presented new plays for attracting the maximum possible number of drama lovers and succeeded in doing so.

The Zoo and the Gulshan-i-Iqbal excelled other gardens and parks by attracting over 100,000 visitors each. Jallo Park, Racecourse, Bagh-i-Jinnah and Model Town parks were also visited by a large number of people.

People also thronged restaurants and fast food points to enjoy delicious foods.
