LAHORE, April 3: An additional district and sessions court judge allowed on Tuesday pre-arrest bails to Missal Khan, father of Sapna Khan, and others in a case got registered by former chief minister Sardar Dost Muhammad Khan Khosa for fraud and kidnapping of his former wife, Sapna Khan.

Judge Rai Muhammad Ayub Marth allowed bails to Missal, Muhammad Amin, Muhammad Afzal and Hina Khan till April 10 subject to furnishing bail bonds worth Rs50,000 each.

Racecourse police had also lodged another FIR against Mr Khosa for kidnapping Sapna Khan. This FIR was registered on the complaint of Missal Khan. Mr Khosa has not secured bail in the case.
