MNA’s degree challenged

TAXILA, Dec 4: Chairman Awam Dost Mahaz, and central leader of Communist Party, Engineer Jamil Ahmed Malik, has challenged the qualification of the PML-Q MNA Ghulam Sarwar Khan.

Speaking at a press conference here on Wednesday he said that he had filed a writ petition with the Election Commission through Mohammed Munir Advocate to disqualify Ghulam Sarwar Khan, as his diploma degree from the Punjab Board of Technical Education was fake.

It may be recalled that the Lahore High Court before general elections gave interim relief permission to Sarwar Khan to contest polls.
