TAXILA, March 19: Police here arrested four persons on the charge of drug peddling and claimed to have recovered huge quantity of charas from their houses in Losar Sharfoo area.
The arrested persons were Yasir Khan, Naeem Khan, Hafeez Ahmed and Sajid Hussain. Subdivisional police officer Raja Taifour Akhter said the accused were selling narcotics through their female family members.
He said cases had been registered against the accused.
