LAHORE, Feb 11: PML-Q leader and Senior Federal Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi called on Sunni Ittehad Council chairman Sahibzada Fazal Karim here on Saturday and decided to work together to steer the country out of crises.

Accompanied by Kamil Ali Agha, Moonis Elahi and Chaudhry Zaheeruddin, Pervaiz Elahi was accorded a warm welcome by SIC workers.

Mr Elahi said the forces which had a love for Islam and Pakistan should get united as it was the need of the hour.

He said the PML-Q always preferred national interest to the personal, political and party for the betterment of the country.

The PML-Q leader further said his party was ready to make an alliance with the party which had a positive approach towards the country and wanted to redress the grievances of the masses.

Fazal Karim said all politicians should play their role in steering the country out of crises.
