PESHAWAR, Nov 27: Muhafiz, a non-governmental organization, has condemned the delay in the arrest of SHO Bhana Mari, who is allegedly involved in the killing of a student, Kashmir Khan, in a so-called police encounter about six months ago.

The NGO warned that it would hold a demonstration on Dec 7 in front of the Governor’s House if the government failed to arrest the SHO, Abdul Malik Khan, and others, says a press release.

The NGO chief, Jawad Ali Shah, lamented those involved in the Kashmir Khan case had not been arrested despite the passage of six months.
