HYDERABAD, Dec 23: Local leaders and workers of the Pakistan People's Party and its different wings accorded warm welcome to 50 cyclists of Lyari, Karachi, when they arrived here on Friday.

The cyclists are going to Larkana to attend the fourth death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto on December 27.

On their arrival at Hyderabad toll plaza, PPP workers received them and brought them to the press club in a motorcade.

The divisional president of the People's Youth, Ahsan Abro, and other leaders praised the spirit of the cyclists and said that their enthusiasm proved popularity of the PPP.

They said that tens of thousand of party workers were heading to Larkana to pay homage to Benazir Bhutto on her sacrifice for the restoration of democracy in the country.

The cyclists left the city after attending a reception. —APP
