PESHAWAR: Pesco to hold open kutchery

PESHAWAR, Nov 23: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) will hold an open kachehry on Nov 25, 2002 at Wapda House, in order to listen to consumers’s problems, said a press release issued here.

Pesco chief, Brigadier Tahir Saeed Malik, will participate in the open kachehry so that he could issue on-the-spot orders.

Wapda officials would also participate.

Pesco has geared up its drive against power thefts across the province and Pesco Nowshera had constituted checking team and arrested eight persons.

An FIR has been lodged.

According to a press release Pesco had arranged similar sessions in the past as well. —PPI
