ISLAMABAD: Opposition Leader in National Assembly and PML-N’s stalwart Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Tuesday said that lawyers, representing his party for memogate case in Supreme Court were being threatened to stay away from the hearings, DawnNews reported.
Speaking to media representatives outside the Parliament House, Nisar said the PPP government was already destabilised and his party was not ‘in-contact’ with the Army Chief Gen. Ashfaq Pervez Kayani these days.
Commenting on Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI), he said Imran Khan’s party had become safe haven for “Musharraf league.” “Imran Khan’s life is full of discrepancies itself, how can he bring revolution?” he added.
Nisar demanded action against those responsible for handing over the Shamsi airbase to Americans. “Details of the deal should be made public,” he added.
