PESHAWAR, Nov 25: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court, Justice Dost Mohammad Khan has said that militancy gained roots in Swat because more than one system were operational that led to delay in dispensation of justice.

He said that mobile courts would be set up in each union council of the district to provide speedy justice to the people at their doorstep.

Addressing members of Swat Bar Association in Mingora on Friday, the PHC chief justice stated that labour and anti-corruption courts would also be established in Swat soon and added that female judges would be appointed in family courts. — APP
