These handout photos released by Marine and Fisheries service of Raja Ampat Regency and taken on October 18, 2011, show rich marine life in the waters of Raja Ampat in eastern Indonesian region of Papua located between Pacific and Indian Oceans. These are award winning photographs from the 2011 Raja Ampat underwater photo competition.

Called the last paradise on earth, Raja Ampat archipelago was nominated as World Heritage Site of UNESCO with its 610 rocky islets sprinkled over an area of 4.5 million hectares, boasting of pristine sandy beaches and the world's richest variety of marine life.  – AFP Photos / Marine and Fisheries service of Raja Ampat Regency
