KARACHI: Encroachments in Hawkesbay

KARACHI, Nov 18: Sindh Chief Secretary K.B. Rind has issued directive for the removal of illegal constructions and encroachments from the plots allotted to journalists in Hawkesbay within three days.

Issuing the directive to DCO Shafiqur Rehman Paracha, Mr Rind said that action be initiated against those who violated the law and that the protection of journalists’ property be ensured.

A complaint in this respect was lodged by the President of Karachi Press Club, Sabihuddin Ghausi.—APP
