Man looted

GUJAR KHAN, Nov 18: A resident of Daultala was looted and thrown at a deserted place in unconscious state by a gang of impersonators.

Chaudhry Pervez was found lying unconscious near Gujar Khan city and was later shifted to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital.

After gaining conscious, he informed police that he was returning from Lahore on Friday when some unidentified men developed acquaintance with him and offered him a drink that was spiked. He fainted after drinking it. The unidentified men then escaped with his cash and cellphone.

The police have registered a case and started investigation. — Correspondent
