Girl handed over to mother

ISLAMABAD, Nov 15: A girl was recovered on the directives of the district and sessions judge, Chaudhary Asad Raza, through bailiff and handed over to her mother.

Ms Lubna, a resident of F-7/2, in her habeas corpus application had pleaded to the district and sessions judge to recover her young daughter who has been snatched and kept in captivity by her former husband, Anjum.

The complainant after separation from her husband is living with her parents.

The court bailiff recovered the girl and handed over to her mother.
