Two killed, 13 injured in accidents

SUKKUR, Nov 10: Two persons were killed and 13 others were injured in two separate accidents on the National Highway near here and Ghotki on Saturday.

In the first incident, Mohammad Hashim was killed after an overloaded van overturned near Ghotki on the National Highway.

Ten other passengers were injured. They include Noor Bibi, Khalid Ahmed, Zainab, Muneer Ahmed, Lakhmir, Samad, Rahim Bux, Abdul Shakoor and Bashir Ahmed.

In another accident, Mohammad Arif was killed in a collision between a car (No613) and a truck on the National Highway near here.

The car was coming from Rahimyar Khan.

Two others, Shahnaz Zafer and Mehmood, were injured in the accident.

The truck driver managed to escape along with the truck.
