LAHORE, Sept 10: The Lahore High Court on Saturday transferred and posted eight district & sessions judges (D&SJs) and 14 civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates.

D&SJ Malik Muhammad Akram Awan (judge Anti-Terrorism Court-I) was transferred from Rawalpindi to Mianwali, Wamiq Javed from Mianwali to Lahore and was directed to report at the LHC, Raja Akhlaq Hussain from Muzaffargarh to Faisalabad, Ishtiaq Ahmad from Faisalabad to Lahore and was directed to report at the LHC, Khalid Naveed Dar, upon promotion from Ferozewala to Muzaffargarh, Sanaullah Khan Niazi from Layyah to Khushab, Muhammad Ilyas from Khushab to Layyah and Javedul Hassan upon promotion from Kasur to Mandi Bahauddin.

Civil Judge Ms. Asha Tariq was transferred from Gujranwala to Pindi Bhattian, Ghulam Farid Qureshi from Rawalpindi to Bhowana, Waqar Mansoor from Bhowana to Rawalpindi, Malik Azmatullah Awan from Pindi Bhattian to Gujrat, Munir Gill from Khanewal to Mianwali, Faizul Hassan from Gujrat to Gujranwala, Rana Muhammad Ilyas Bashir from Chiniot to Minchinabad, Shahzad Ehsan Butt from Khanpur to Gujranwala, Mukhtar Ahmad Ranjha from Kharian to Hassan Abdal, Usman Sarwar from Hasan Abdal to Kharian, Muhammad Afzal Butt from Bhakkar to Liaqatpur, Muhammad Jahangir from Liaqatpur to Bhakkar, Shoaib Anwar Qureshi from Gujranwala to Khanpur and Shaukat Javed Khan from Minchinabad to Chiniot.
