I WOULD like to draw the attention of people using Gulberg main boulevard, Lahore. A young man casually passed by my wife’s car and brushed against the side-view mirror. Her cellphone was lying near the seat. When my wife lowered the window glass to readjust the mirror, another boy picked the phone and ran away. The same incident happened to a doctor friend a few days ago. I suggest the authorities concerned to install CCTV near traffic signals to curb this menace.
